* Respond to pensions inquiries in line with defined standards
* Escalation point for SIPP Queries team
* Support continuous improvement initiatives both internally and externally
Experience
* Undergraduate degree or equivalent training/experience
* Significant experience in industry
* Working experience with SIPP products
