Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Worcester for a Service Manager at Sytner Group. The Service Manager will oversee daily operations in the service department, manage and motivate the service team, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain service records. Responsibilities include coordinating service schedules, handling customer inquiries, managing parts inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety and service standards.
