FM Conway is currently seeking to recruit an experienced Graduate Analyst to join our Aggregates and Asphalt (A&A) Commercial division. This is a full-time position based at our head office in Sevenoaks, Kent.
The responsibilities of our Graduate Analyst
As a Graduate Analyst, you will utilize data and relevant tools to support and drive the Asphalt and Aggregate commercial strategy and objectives. Your duties will include:
1. Providing standardized and insightful commercial reports including KPIs, trackers, and ad hoc reports.
2. Collaborating with the A&A commercial team to identify areas of underperformance or opportunities and establishing relevant tracking methods to monitor the progress of business-led initiatives.
3. Monitoring commercial trends and highlighting issues and opportunities to the commercial team.
4. Assisting the Commercial Director and Senior Performance Analyst in producing commercial forecasts, budgets, and strategic models.
5. Developing and maintaining relevant reports to communicate complex data effectively.
6. Producing and sharing daily sales analysis with senior management.
What skills and experience do you need?
Applicants should have an analytical or financial background with practical knowledge of modelling and reporting tools. Strong presentation skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities, are essential.
