We are advertising two substantive Consultant posts to join our existing team. The posts have a subspecialist interest in Head and Neck and/or Laryngology although if the candidate has a different range of subspecialist interests these will be considered. Assuming a head and neck applicant is appointed, the post will contribute to the Head and Neck diagnostic pathway including neck lump clinics. Experience in innovative methods of managing this workload is desirable. At the same time, substantive roles are being advertised as follows: Post 1 will include attendance at the weekly H&N MDT and active treatment of the full range of Head and Neck malignancy. Robotic Surgical training/experience is desirable. Post 2 will be primarily benign laryngology. The focus for this post holder will be developing this service with a focus on delivering outpatient interventions.
