We’ve got an exciting 6-month contract for a Retail Contracts Administrator with the chance to go permanent! This role is perfect if you're ready to jumpstart or grow your career in Supplier Management and Procurement, all while making a real impact.
What You’ll Do:
* Support stock management, finance systems, and supplier data to boost sales growth, minimize costs, and enhance EBITDA.
* Manage stock flow by replenishing and allocating critical stock lines using our systems to ensure smooth operations across stores.
* Oversee fleet data and fuel card usage, reporting monthly to the Retail Contracts Manager.
* Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams for seamless communication and excellent service.
* Assist with store projects, including new openings and remodels, coordinating with the Store Pipeline team.
Who You Are:
* An effective communicator and relationship-builder across departments such as finance, logistics, retail, and marketing.
* A proactive problem-solver capable of resolving supplier queries and planning for stock needs during peak seasons.
* Detail-oriented yet adaptable, managing daily stock tasks while planning for long-term store needs.
* A team player eager to support wider Retail Operations projects.
