Job Description: Assistant Senior Resource Planner, Warrington

The role involves providing the right people, in the right place, at the right time to support activity, assisting in the delivery of short- and long-term business plans and strategy. Key areas include understanding of commercial and business financial targets, People First decisions, and Client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Stakeholder Management: Foster collaborative relationships with key stakeholders such as Senior Resource Planners, Resource Planners, BDs, PMs, Account Leads, AWPMs, Strategic Pursuits Team, HRBPs, Finance, and TA to understand business needs both short and long-term.
2. Resource Optimisation: Match resource requests promptly using the Resource Planning Toolkit (RPT), keep resource assignments updated, advise on skills and timing, and work with GEC to ensure a unified Resource Planning approach. Monitor large projects for changing demands and optimize resource allocation in line with commercial plans and client needs.
3. Planning: Support Senior Resource Planner and Resource Manager with insights on skills and capabilities for effective resource deployment.
4. Reporting & Data Insight: Regularly publish metrics and reports, providing valuable insights to support resourcing decisions.
5. Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Collaborate with BDs, TLs, and PMs to support business decision-making and continuously improve the Workforce Planning process.
6. One Team: Work collaboratively, support team members, and foster a Grow, Perform, Succeed mindset.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Prior experience in resource management and workforce planning.
* Strong stakeholder management skills with attention to detail and high data accuracy.
* Ability to build trusting relationships and challenge stakeholder decisions constructively.
* Experience mentoring or developing junior staff.
* Collaborative, confident, and self-aware.
