Your impact on the wider business: Act as a second tier point of contact and escalation for HR enquiries, seeking pragmatic resolution in a timely manner, escalating as appropriate Support the maintenance of our current HRIS system, maintaining accurate and compliant records Work with the wider HR team to own or support on annual processes across the employee lifecycle from ‘Hire to retire’ such as: reward, recruitment, management information and other core activities Work with the wider HR team to ensure policies are continually reviewed and up to date, ensuring changes to legislation are included, and uploaded to Athena Support a ‘client first’, fully inclusive, resourcing experience which enhances our brand. Consistently review processes and workflow, identifying opportunities to drive efficiency and employee satisfaction and the continual development of a competitive employee value proposition. Support in the effective case management of employee relations, focussing on creating and delivering people practices which develop and maintain positive working relationships and aligns to best practice/policies What you’ll bring to the position: Excellent attention to detail, coupled with the ability to use judgement & problem-solving skills to manage complex scenarios. Excellent understanding of MS Office Package [Excel, PowerPoint, Word] Experience of developing and maintaining HR Information Systems. Experience of data analytics and complex problem resolution – high level of data fluency Preferred – CIPD Level 3/5 qualified (or similar experience). The ability to interpret policy and procedures and apply to employee experience and modernise policies Experience in an organisation / industry that has experienced rapid growth, transformation and/or best practice / functional excellence Experience of working in a high paced, high change environment. The ability to use initiative and drive for results. Solutions focussed.
