12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Location: Southern Hub, Colnbrook, SL3 0BB (full-time on site)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week.

Are you looking to lead an engaged and experienced Talent Acquisition team? Are you able to bring your authentic self to this role and support our culture of belonging, whilst nurturing our teams to thrive? The current incumbent in this year will be starting her Maternity Leave in September and therefore this means we have a fantastic opportunity for someone to lead Talent Acquisition whilst she is on leave.
In your role you will inspire the team, driving the implementation of candidate and stakeholder engagement alongside acting as a true trusted partner for the business. This includes attracting and retaining talent to meet current and future business objectives while adhering to local law and industry best practices.
What You Will Do:
Candidate and Stakeholder Experience – Maintain and improve the candidate and stakeholder experience through ensuring our HR processes and procedures are reflective of how we want our candidate and stakeholders to feel. Ensuring the experience is positive as this will have an impact on how they perceive the business and department.
People Management - Lead and manage a team of relevant experts to ensure development & implementation of robust solutions. Ensure all owners achieve tasks on time and chairing relevant meetings and conference calls to make sure activities stay on target and focused.
Talent Acquisition Expert - You will be the font of all knowledge when it comes to Talent Acquisition and be able to advise on what great looks like. You will ensure you understand the market and our workforce demographics ensuring you work closely with our Compensation and Benefits team to ensure our packages attract the best talent.
Building Successful Relationships – This will be at the heart of everything you do. Working closely with managers to understand what their future requirements will be and ensuring if there are gaps in succession that we have appropriate pipelines in place, and delivering a great service when resourcing, is essential. Building internal and external relationships which allow us to provide the best service is key to our success.
Who you are:
You should be an experienced HR leader ideally with experience of managing talent acquisition and a team of experienced advisors and vetters. You should be equipped with strong, influencing and communication. You are commercially minded and fully understand the drivers to ensuring our business stays a great place to work for all. You’re passionate about creating innovative and cost-effective resourcing solutions and you thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving landscape.
Qualifications: Degree educated, or equivalent, preferably in a business or Human Resources related field.
