Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Window Treatment Installer to join our small team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the precise installation of various window treatments, ensuring that all products are fitted to the highest standards. Someone with experience messureing and fitting hardwood shutters would be preferred,This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently while adhering to safety protocols. We primarily work in teesside but we hope to secure jobs in the full of north Yorkshire and beyond. As the company grows we will offer a bounces and pay rises to loyal employees, training will be given anyone with work effic and measuring skills will be considered for the role. We will also offer bonuses as the company grows we look to give back to our employees as much as we can.
Responsibilities
* Measure and assess window dimensions to determine the appropriate installation methods.
* Install a variety of window treatments, including blinds, hardwood shutters, awaings. .ensuring proper alignment and functionality.
* Utilise hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during installations.
* Interpret schematics and installation instructions accurately to complete tasks efficiently.
* Perform minor repairs or adjustments as needed during or after installations.
* Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are stored properly.
* Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction with the installation process and address any concerns.
Experience
* Proven experience in installation of shutters or a related field is preferred but training can be given
* Familiarity with hand tools, electrical work, plastering, masonry, welding, and carpentry is advantageous.
* Ability to read and understand schematics and technical drawings is essential.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role.
* A valid driver's licence may be required for travel between job sites.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £15.21 per hour
