At Skanska, we shape better societies through construction and development. The Commercial Administrator will be based in Edinburgh within the Building Services OU, supporting contract administration for the Commercial Team.
Responsibilities
* Provide general commercial support, meet deadlines, and liaise with the supply chain on invoicing/finance queries.
* Submit client applications in accordance with contractual obligations.
* Review and approve material and subcontractor invoices.
* Liaise with Operations, Helpdesk, Engineers and other Commercial team members.
* Raise PO requisitions and record receipts on Oracle.
* Administer accrual and prepayment schedules for month‑end CVR reporting of Revenue and Gross Income.
Qualifications
* Experience in an administrative role within a financial or commercial environment.
* Experience working directly with client representatives.
* Intermediate level computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Experience in the FM industry is beneficial.
