We have an outstanding opportunity for a Head of Enterprise Architecture to join Nomad Foods and lead the strategic architecture landscape across our global technology ecosystem. This is a highly influential role, responsible for shaping our future‑state architecture, guiding major transformation initiatives (including ERP/SAP, MES, CRM and Data Platform) and ensuring that technology decisions across all markets align with our business strategy.

Reporting to the Group Head of Technology Services, you’ll partner closely with senior leaders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, R&D, Procurement, Sales, Marketing, Finance and HR, driving simplification, innovation and long‑term value.

Responsibilities

• Lead the definition and delivery of Nomad Foods’ enterprise architecture blueprint, covering business, application, data and technology architectures.
• Provide architectural leadership across major programmes such as ERP modernisation, factory digitalisation, advanced planning, data platform/AI/ML and sustainability reporting.
• Maintain strong partnerships with technology teams, business SMEs and leaders to maximise value creation and ensure architecture alignment.
• Own enterprise architecture governance — standards, policies, design patterns, review boards — ensuring consistency, compliance and quality.
• Oversee architecture compliance reporting and communicate the value and principles of Enterprise Architecture across all functions.
• Lead a small team of application/solution architects, building capability, ways of working and future‑ready skills.
• Define tools, capabilities and processes needed to mature the Enterprise Architecture function.
• Build strong cross‑functional partnerships, promoting collaboration, trust and transparent decision‑making.

About you

We are looking for someone who is a seasoned enterprise architecture leader with the credibility, technical depth and communication skills to influence at all levels. You combine strategic thinking with a pragmatic approach to delivery, and you’re adept at navigating complexity across global organisations.

You bring

• Deep understanding of how a best‑practice Enterprise Architecture function operates.
• Experience as a solution architect, having worked across multiple technology domains including SAP.
• Proven ability to standardise tools, processes, data and infrastructure across complex organisations.
• Outstanding stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong process and data focus, with a track record of customer‑centric delivery.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and build trusted relationships.
• Leadership capability to coach and develop teams, and influence senior leaders.
