The school supports children aged 4-11 with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), speech and language difficulties, and moderate learning needs. The Role: Provide 1:1 and small-group support to children with special educational needs. Assist teachers in delivering engaging, accessible, and creative lessons tailored to each child's needs. Encourage independence, social interaction, and confidence through play-based and structured learning. Support children's emotional regulation and wellbeing in a calm, compassionate way. Work closely with teachers, therapists, and the SEN team to ensure every child receives the right support. You Will Need: Experience supporting children with SEND (in a school, nursery, or care setting). A nurturing, positive, and patient approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills. A passion for inclusive education and helping children reach their full potential.
