Here at AXA, we’re recruiting for positive professionals who enjoy delivering outstanding customer service to join our Northern Ireland Branch network team as Senior Insurance Representative.
As a Senior Insurance Representative, you will work as part of a high performing branch team providing excellent customer service to AXA’s customers on all aspects of our products and services, working to reach individual and team performance sales targets.
Working Hours & Shift Pattern: Full time, 35 hours per week over 5 days, Monday to Friday, full time onsite in our Coleraine Branch.
Reporting directly to the Branch Manager your key responsibilities will include;
· Deliver agreed business objectives and demonstrate the AXA values in order to deliver profitable growth.
· Deliver technical training & coaching in order to support branch managers and staff to reduce leakage & risk acceptance issues.
· Process underwriting referrals within the limits of your assigned underwriting licence in order to write quality business.
· Resolve complaints in order to ensure compliance with CPC/FCA guidelines.
· Adhere to all regulatory & legislative requirements in order to write business in a fully compliant manner.
· Adherence to AXA Ireland Branch Cash Handling and Expense procedures in order to balance all customer and expense payment transactions.
· Maximise the use of Edocs & My AXA in order to reduce branch printing & postal costs.

· Minimum two years insurance sales and service experience, with excellent product & technical knowledge.
· Insurance accreditation CII desirable or willingness to work towards.
· Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to build strong customer and business relationships.
· Be highly motivated displaying enthusiasm and a strong desire to succeed.
· Ability to prioritise workload and deliver on objectives.
· Good level of knowledge of insurance regulation such as Central Bank consumer regulation, Insurance regulation and Data Protection legislation.
This role is an allocated Controlled Function under Fitness & Probity Regime, which means the successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced level of background screening requirements.
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorized to work in Ireland and/or the United Kingdom.
