More about your role As a House Manager / House Warden, you will play a vital role in keeping our residential community safe, well-managed and welcoming. You will be a visible presence on site, supporting residents,monitoringsafety and security, and ensuring communal areas are wellmaintained. You will carry out regular inspections of the building and estate, report repairs and health and safety risks, and work closely with Property Managers, managing agents and contractors.You'llalso be the first point of contact for residents, offering support,guidanceand reassurance, particularly to elderly or vulnerable residents. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, combining customer service, safetyawarenessand practical property management.
