CMA Recruitment Group are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant (Purchase Ledger) to join a well-established, family-run business. This permanent role offers the opportunity to work within a small finance team, managing the Purchase Ledger while providing support across sales Ledger, administration, and compliance. This is a standalone role, ideal for someone with strong transactional experience, high attention to detail, and excellent organisational skills. The successful candidate will be confident handling a variety of invoices, from everyday purchases to large-scale projects. What will the Accounts Assistant role involve? Managing end-to-end purchase ledger processing. Conducting supplier statement reconciliations. Assisting with the preparation of the payment run. Supporting with the sales ledger and credit control responsibilities. Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Assistant vacancy: Past experience in a similar role.
