Requirements for the Successful SEND Teaching Assistant
* Ability to drive and access to a vehicle regularly
* Experience in behaviour management
* Business insurance or willingness to obtain it
* Supportive attitude towards students and their needs
* Patience and understanding
* Passion for working within an SEND school
* Basic Maths & English skills
