The Company Our client is a market leading manufacturing company due to a sustained period of growth they are now looking to recruit a Manufacturing Sales Administrator. The Role * Is initially fixed term for 12 months there is potential to become permanent. * The role will be working in person onsite. * Administer specific customer accounts effectively and efficiently. * Taking care of the customer's needs by providing and delivering professional, helpful, high quality service and assistance to ensure customer's requirements are met. * Maintain and enhance customer relationships to meet objectives, thus providing a world class customer service. * Deliver excellent customer service per sector, constantly striving to maximise customer experience * Processing and administering customer orders received per customer. * Administer an accurate database of customers using CRM system. The Person * Will have previous experience in a similar role ideally in manufacturing. * Previous customer service experience. * Professional communication abilities, both written and spoken. * Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. * Proficiency in MS Office applications, in particular Excel. * Excellent communication skills. * Attention to detail/accuracy of work.
