Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic office based telesales star to compliment our dynamic on the road sales teams across a group of companies, covering plant hire, garden rooms, IT and comms, marketing and accountancy services.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering the phone from campaigns to potential clients, promoting our products and services, and generating appointments.
This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong ability to engage with customers over the phone.
Duties
* Receive inbound calls from prospective customers to promote products and services.
* Utilise CRM software to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
* Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through effective communication.
* Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
* Maintain accurate records of calls made, customer interactions, and follow-up actions.
* Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to overall business growth.
* Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in sales or telesales is preferred.
* Familiarity with CRM software, is advantageous.
* Excellent verbal communication skills in English
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
