We currently have an opportunity to join our Hub Team supporting Street Scene & Regulation Services across Sheffield City Council. Our Hub Teams include Building Control, Planning, Parking Services, Licensing and Environmental Regulations. This opportunity is within our Hub Service Support Team, based at Howden House, on a hybrid working basis.
Joining our Hub Service Support Team as a Business Support Coordinator, you will be involved in supporting our financial processes and reconciliation, providing low-level supervision to team members and contributing to our Hub resilience and performance. This role is temporary for 24 months.
The work of the Team includes but is not limited to:
1. Processing Orders, liaising with Services and Suppliers
2. Reconciliation of financial records
3. Support to fees and income activity
4. Complaints Coordination
5. Print & Post activities
A key part of this role will be supporting data collection and dashboards and contributing to ensuring our customer journeys are providing positive outcomes and that we are delivering an enabling, resilient service, across the breadth of work of the Team.
As the Hub Service Support Team work alongside all of our Hub Teams and across our Linked Services, you’ll have plenty of variation in your day to day and will be able to take the lead on certain processes, supporting the Strategic Support Coordinator.
