A brand-new special education free school in Salisbury is seeking a KS3 Maths Teacher who is passionate about inclusive education and committed to empowering students with special educational needs. Your Role: Deliver engaging and accessible Maths lessons to KS3 students (Years 7–9) with diverse needs including SEMH, ASC, and behavioural challenges Collaborate with a dedicated team of TAs and senior leaders to create a nurturing, structured, and inspiring learning environment Use your creativity and resilience to adapt lessons and support each student’s unique learning journey What We’re Looking For: QTS or equivalent teaching qualification Strong Maths subject knowledge and experience delivering Maths curriculum A compassionate, patient, and innovative approach to teaching Experience working with SEN students (in or outside of school settings) Excellent communication and de-escalation skills Why Join Us?
