Job Opportunity: Vulnerable Customer Care Advisor
Pertemps is currently working with a Financial Services company that is looking to expand its team. Working within the Vulnerable Customer's department, you will play an essential role in providing guidance and advice to customers who need extra support. Salary and Benefits:
* Salary: £25,000 per annum
* Hybrid working: 3 days in our Kilmarnock office and 2 days working from home (after 3 months)
* Working hours: 37.5 hours/week (Monday-Friday, shift pattern 8-4 or 9-5, with 1 Saturday per month, 8am-2pm)
* Holidays: 28 days (increasing to 31 days after 5 years)
* Pension: 5% employee and minimum 4% employer contributions

Role Responsibilities:
As a Vulnerable Customer Care Advisor, you will handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers during their times of need. You will receive comprehensive training to develop the necessary skills. Once trained, you will work within a Voice team and be a valued member of the wider Collections team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop a long-term career with a multinational company based at our award-winning and environmentally conscious HALO Kilmarnock site.
