Key Responsibilies
As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering building surveying projects from inception to completion. Key responsibilities include:
* Undertaking building surveys, defect diagnosis, and condition reports.
* Managing refurbishment and maintenance projects, including contract administration.
* Preparing schedules of dilapidations and party wall awards.
* Providing expert advice to clients on property-related matters.
* Mentoring junior team members and contributing to the development of the team.
Key Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* MRICS qualification ideally with post-qualification experience.
* Proven expertise in both residential and commercial sectors.
* Strong technical knowledge and ability to manage complex projects.
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
* A proactive approach and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
