I’m looking for an Internal Sales Specialist for a leading hardware company based in Lisburn. You will be part of the wider Sales team and help support the growth and development of the company.
Key Responsibilities
* Making outbound telephone and email sales to promote existing and new products, special offers and discontinued stock
* Upselling and maximising the value of the orders with existing clients
* Processing orders
* Liaising with customers to inform them of any order discrepancies or stock issues and offer a suitable alternative product where necessary
* Provide internal sales support to the Field Sales Representatives
Key requirements:
* Experience in a similar internal sales or customer service role
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team
* Able to use own initiative and make informed decisions
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
