1. Monday to Friday shifts
2. Afternoon/Night starts: 13:00 – 22:00
3. Easy trunking – RDC to RDC, no multi-drop headaches
4. No handball – all goods are palletised

6. Weekend rates that pay – Saturdays at time and a half, Sundays at double time
7. 28 days paid holiday (pro rata) – because time off matters
