This role is ideal for Teaching Assistants who enjoy one-to-one or small group SEN support while remaining part of a wider class environment. The role As a SEN Teaching Assistant in a mainstream school, you will: Provide one-to-one or small group support for pupils with SEN Support children with needs such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH or learning difficulties Assist the class teacher with classroom activities and routines Help pupils stay engaged, regulated and supported throughout the school day Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing Follow safeguarding procedures and individual support plans Provide feedback to teaching and SEN staff as required You can choose the days you work and the schools you support.
