* Leading from the front on all aspects of your dealership, including new and used car sales, associated products, parts, labour, and aftersales care.
* Recruiting, developing, and retaining talented associates, motivating them to be the best they can be, and supporting them with regular reviews, training, and progression plans.
* Building meaningful manufacturer relationships by implementing brand strategies, policies, and procedures to an exceptional level.

* Knowledgeable of vehicle, consumer credit, and trade practice legislation, with the ability to satisfy the requirements of GI Compliance and be of ‘good financial repute’.
* Experienced in managing budgets and leading high-performing teams, dedicated to motivating and coaching your team to be the best they can be.
* Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills and a people-first mindset.
