Design and manage central events and continue to evolve our client as a luxury lifestyle brand through global luxury experiences in order to engage with (U)HNWIs. Provide directions for locally / regionally executed events.
Key Accountabilities:
* Propose plan and develop all central events.
* Project manage all bespoke event projects to ensure professional planning and execution of all unique events.
* Develop, define KPIs, plan and oversee customer and prospect events as required.
* Monitor and control individual project expenditure and prospect targets to ensure maximum results and activities are delivered on time, within budget and with respective ROI.
* Develop positive working relationships with key partners (agencies, suppliers, affinity partners) and internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery and achievement of objectives.
* Plan, build and run temporary brand presences and test drive experiences.
* Develops event ideas and concepts in order to enhance brand image, create visibility and position our client within the experiential area.
* Working within budgets to deliver outstanding events and activities of the highest calibre.
* Meeting all of the regional requirements, including sales/prospecting – and finding the right compromise.
* Support and assist regional teams with local activities and events by providing expert support and assistance.
