A rural practice on the Llyn Peninsula, we pride ourselves on our close-knit rural community. We have 3 GPs, 2 Physician Assistants, 2 Nurses, and a Phlebotomist. We also work collaboratively with the district nurse team and health visitors, ensuring our patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
Job responsibilities
The successful applicant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the practice by supporting the existing reception team. Responsibilities include:

Person Specification
Experience
* Experience working with vulnerable patients and good communication skills.
* Experience in a primary care or GP practice setting is desirable but not essential.
Qualifications
* GCSE grade A-C (or equivalent in Maths, Welsh, and English).
* Basic IT skills (training can be provided).
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work well as part of a team.
* Ability to speak Welsh.
* Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role.
* Knowledge of healthcare systems (e.g., EMIS) or experience working in a medical environment.
