Level 3 Nursery Practitioner Opportunity
Location: Reading Start Date: 01/06/2026 Contract: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
A highly regarded and Ofsted-rated Outstanding nursery in Reading is looking to appoint a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their friendly and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity for a committed Level 3 Nursery Practitioner who is eager to progress within a thriving early years environment.
In this position, the Level 3 Nursery Practitioner will help provide a warm, stimulating, and caring setting where children feel happy, secure, and encouraged to develop new skills every day.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS curriculum as a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
* Support children's emotional, social, and educational development
* Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and staff members
* Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and inspiring nursery environment
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent)
* Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
* A positive, nurturing, and proactive attitude
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills expected of a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
