What you'll be doing
* Conduct feasibility studies and lead design development for hospital renovation and infrastructure projects
* Manage procurement of consultancy and construction services in accordance with governance and policies
* Oversee full project lifecycle including budgeting, scheduling, contractor management, and quality control
* Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and healthcare standards
* Administer contracts, ensuring proper governance and risk management
* Develop and implement project governance frameworks, policies, and processes
* Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to align project outcomes with healthcare needs
* Support strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned
What we're looking for
* Bachelor's Degree in Building, Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline
* 4-5 years of project management experience in construction, healthcare, commercial, or technology facilities
* Familiarity with PSSCOC and PSSCOC-Lite contracts preferred
* Understanding of infrastructure regulations, safety, and compliance standards
* Experience in healthcare or clinical environments is an advantage
* Strong analytical, planning, and problem‑solving skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
