Overview
We are looking for an HR Management & Information Analyst (HRMI Analyst) to join our busy team in Peterborough. You will provide critical support to the HR Manager and Head of HR, undertaking data and system-based activities. Your primary focus will be on producing monthly KPI reports, crafting engaging Power BI dashboards, and ensuring our HR systems are optimised for performance. You will help maintain data accuracy, assist with employee engagement surveys, and manage pivotal HR digital forms—all in alignment with our Vision 2030 strategic goals. Your analytical skills will shape key reports that inform decision-making across the company, driving improvements in recruitment, learning, and development while keeping our processes agile and effective.

Responsibilities
