Plumbcore is a plumbing and heating company working in York and the surrounding areas.
Due to an ever increasing work load we are now looking to employ a service maintenance engineer .
Job role -
The job is to carry out general plumbing and heating services for residential properties, you will be working alone on smaller jobs and with a team on larger installations.
The successful applicant will have experience in the following:
* Boiler servicing and maintenance
* 1st and 2nd fixing in residential properties including heating systems, kitchens, etc.
* Reactive plumbing maintenance of domestic properties - General plumbing repairs
* Plumbing fault-finding and fault rectification
* Plumbing installations including associated works
Qualifications required:
* NVQ Level 2/3 Plumbing or City & Guilds
* Unvented (not essential)
* Competent in various other trades
