Responsibilities
* Provide support and assistance to service users in their own homes to maximise and maintain their independence.
* Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, high‑quality care to the local community.
* Use own initiative and flexibility to meet the needs of patients and support the team’s service delivery.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Driving licence is essential and applicants should have access to their own vehicle for work purposes (a pool vehicle is available for rural areas).
* Full training will be provided; opportunities exist to complete an SVQ in Health & Social Care and pursue further career progression.
* Experience in health and social care is not required but is beneficial.
* Must be flexible, proactive and able to work within the established hours and schedules.
Employment Details
Permanent, part‑time. 20.16 hours per week (08:30 to 14:30, or as per service requirements). Additional hours are available through the integrated staff bank. Enhancements are paid for unsociable hours and weekend work.

This role does not meet the eligibility criteria for a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) and NHS Highland is unable to provide it to candidates.
