As a DevSecOps Engineer, you will:
1. Lead DevSecOps practices and processes within the organization.
2. Develop and implement DevSecOps strategies.
3. Mentor engineers in cybersecurity best practices.
4. Collaborate with development and operations teams to automate security principles.
5. Identify and implement tools to improve software development and delivery.
6. Communicate trends and innovative solutions to leadership.
7. Monitor and evaluate the performance of solutions, recommending enhancements.
8. Assist in deploying software stacks to Fortune 500 clients.
9. Join a team of quantum experts with extensive academic and industry experience.
Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or significant work experience emphasizing cybersecurity.
2. 5+ years as a DevSecOps Engineer.
3. Strong knowledge of Network Architecture in AWS and/or Azure.
4. Cybersecurity expertise in SAST, DAST, SIEM, SSO, penetration testing, and cybersecurity controls.
5. Experience with Cybersecurity Incident Response protocols.
6. Cryptographic controls experience, including SSH key handling, logging, and auditing.
7. Competence with Key Management Service, key rotation, and automation.
8. Certifications such as AWS Certified Security, AWS Certified Advanced Networking, CCNA, CCNP are highly desirable.
9. Experience designing solutions with a focus on AWS Security and Network services, including GuardDuty, Config, Security Hub, etc.
10. Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
11. Solid understanding of DevOps practices with hands-on experience.
12. Programming skills in Bash, Python, Go, or similar.
13. Ability to troubleshoot security issues effectively.
14. Excellent communication skills in English and collaborative work passion.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience with microservice deployment and monitoring.
2. Proven Cloud Solutions Architect experience.
3. High competence with AWS Well-Architected Framework.
4. Experience with multiple cloud providers (GCP, Azure) and hybrid/on-prem environments.
5. Knowledge of Kubernetes, with CKS certification preferred.
6. Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
7. Expertise in Kubernetes deployment, Helm, ArgoCD, and Rancher.
8. Knowledge of service meshes like Istio Gateway.
9. Experience deploying SaaS solutions and relational databases like PostgreSQL.
10. Experience with MLOps, deploying ML/data analytics infrastructure.
11. Experience with release management processes.
