JOB TITLE: Site Supervisor LOCATION: Regent Shopping Centre. Kirkintilloch. HOURS & SALARY: 42.25 hours p/w. £13.10 p/h JOB TYPES: Permanent SHIFT PATTERN: Dayshift 0745-1600, Backshift 1300-2115. Sunday 0845-2015. Two week rotation We are looking to appoint a proactive Site Supervisor with customer service and people skills at the forefront of all they do to maintain a safe, clean and secure shopping environment for all our customers and team. SIA DS or SG Licence required. Job Spec: • Carry out periodic duties as outlined in the site Assignment Instructions • Be present on centre mall to ensure a safe, clean and secure environment is maintained • Conduct patrols covering all areas of the mall and service areas • Take an active role in emergency situations including first aid and fire warden • Oversee external contractor management to ensure safe working practices • Maintain cleaning standards on site. • Working directly with Centre Manager ensure all periodic compliance checks are completed. • Manage site team ensuring all scheduling, HR and payroll tasks are completed and submitted in line with company submission dates. Requirements Candidate requirements: • Enjoy working part of a team as well as the ability to work independently to reach the shared goal • Good communication skills both written and verbal to assist with accurate report writing • Excellent time management • Smart, well-groomed and confident • Conflict Management aware • High level of customer care awareness • Familiar with patrolling and monitoring from both a loss prevention aspect and health & safety • SIA Door Supervisor/Security Guard licence • Previous Security/Cleaning supervisory experience preferred. • Experience of MS office applications.
