Our client has a permanent vacancy for a part time PA/Administrator to provide support to the Managing Partner and the Senior Management Team.
We are looking for a candidate who has worked at senior level previously ideally.
You will need to be very efficient, able to handle a changing workload and have a friendly and can-do personality – which would fit in great with the culture.
Working closely with the Managing Partner your duties will include:
* Diary management
* Organising meetings
* Dealing with emails and correspondence
* A wide range of administration
* Ensuring the report is in the right place at the right time
* Taking minutes at meetings (2 currently a month) including off-site meetings
The position is part-time - around 15/20 hours a week
It can be school hours and can be over 4 days rather than 5 if preferred.
The position is office based.
