What You’ll Be Doing
* Execute topographic, boundary, ALTA/NSPS, and plat surveys with precision
* Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to manage, manipulate, and deliver accurate data
* Oversee project workflows, including budgeting, scheduling, and deliverables
* Collaborate with design professionals to support civil and infrastructure projects
* Perform research, fieldwork, and data collection to inform surveying decisions
* Conduct construction staking and quality control surveys
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements
What You’ll Need to be Considered
* Active Professional Land Surveyor license in Alabama
* Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics, Surveying, or related field
* Deep understanding of site development, utilities, and transportation surveying
* Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and GPS/data collection tools
* Ability to access government sites and pass clearance requirements
* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
