HRS Healthcare are recruiting for an Operations Director (with Registered Manager status) for a Complex Care Provider who support adults and children with a variety of complex care needs in their own home across the southeast. This is a brand-new role to the business so a great opportunity to make it your own! The focus of this role will be strategic growth, operational efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards whilst ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is being delivered at all times. About the role • As Registered Manager you will be responsible for ensuring all services operate in compliance with CQC regulations and adhere to best practices. • As the Operational Lead you will oversee the operations for multiple complex care clients. • Oversee recruitment, retention and workforce planning, working collaboratively with the recruitment teams. • Build and maintain strong relations with commissioners, ICBs, local authorities, NHS Trusts and private clients. Working closely with the business development team. • Work with the quality assurance team to oversee complaints and incidents. • Provide regular operational report to the CEO and contribute to the long-term strategic planning. Requirements About you • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within complex care, domiciliary care or private healthcare operations. • CQC Registered Manager experience with a history of achieving Good or Outstanding ratings. • Proven success in managing and growing complex care services along with an understanding of commission of complex domiciliary care. • Nursing or clinical background is desirable. • You will have the right to work in the UK and hold a clean UK driving licence Benefits What’s on offer for the Operations Director role? • Salary will be dependent upon experience and qualifications, £80,000 - £100,000 • 37.5 hours per week, based in the Whitstable office 3 days per week • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and an additional day of for your birthday. • Employee Assistance Programme. • Free DBS. • Pension contributions. • Frequent social events. • Access to discounts on goods and services offered by third parties. • Excellent career development opportunities So, what are you waiting for?
