Are you a passionate and experienced QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) Teacher looking for a new opportunity? Monarch Education are looking for someone who is enthusiastic to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Erdington.
The successful candidate will play a key role in each student's confidence building in their first year of school. If you think you would be able to make a positive impact on students' development, then please do take some time to apply to this advert.
Job Responsibilities Include
* Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and carers to support children's development
* Deliver engaging lessons that follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
* Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love for learning.
* Support children in their personal, and emotional development helping them build confidence and independence.
* Establish clear routines and expectations to create a safe, happy and well managed classroom.
* Work closely with Teaching Assistants and other staff to support pupils and learning well-being.
The Ideal Candidate Would Hold
* A QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
* An enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
* Experience working with children in a Uk primary school.
