Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Eastleigh (hybrid)
Contract Type: Full time, 6 month FTC
Salary: £35,000
Our client is looking for a highly organised, proactive, and confident Executive Assistant to support a dynamic Executive Director. This role is vital to the smooth running of the leadership function, requiring strategic insight, strong communication, and a high degree of discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic and administrative support to the Executive Director across all aspects of their role
Manage workflows, priorities, and projects to help deliver the organisation's goals
Liaise with senior stakeholders, Board Members, and cross-functional teams
Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and undertake in-depth background research
Lead and manage key projects on behalf of the Executive Director and Executive Board
Handle internal and external communications, including screening inquiries and complaints
Coordinate and minute key meetings; ensure the Executive Director is thoroughly prepared
Support budget planning, expense reconciliation, and other financial admin tasks
Contribute to policy development and review, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
Act as an internal liaison, promoting cross-team collaboration and operational efficiency
Support risk management and ensure best practices in value-for-money initiatives
Onboard new senior leaders and assist their integration into the team
