The Tool Connection is a stimulating and challenging place to work, we are currently recruiting for a credit controller to join our small friendly team.
The Role:
Working in our modern open plan office we are looking for someone who can offer outstanding customer service, with an excellent telephone manor and an all round team player.
Day to day you will be contacting customers in relation to their overdue accounts, preparing payment, taking payments, handling enquiries, updating customer records, running credit checks and reviews. You will ensure all credit control tasks are managed effectively and dealt with in line with company procedure and to required deadlines at all times.
Experience using SAP would be an advantage but is not essential as full training would be given.
Hours of work: half an hour for lunch) Monday - Friday 40 Hours
Required Skills:
Previous credit control experience
Ability to work with a methodical approach & the ability to work as part of a team
Enthusiasm to complete jobs to the best standard possible
Flexible approach to work
Experience of working in a busy administrative department
GCSE English & Maths to grade C or above (or equivalent)
Good computer skills to include Excel & Word at intermediate level or above
Excellent communication skills
Professional telephone manor
Excellent attention to detail, organisation skills and experience of successfully working to deadlines
Friendly team player
Pay: From £26,500.00 per year
