About the Role
TKMS ATLAS UK is seeking a Production Planner to play a key role in ensuring the effective and efficient planning of production activities across the business. This position is critical to meeting customer delivery and quality targets by ensuring production demand is accurately scheduled, resourced and communicated.
Reporting to the Production Planning Team Lead, you will work closely with Project Controls, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement and Stores to deliver robust, achievable production plans across multiple projects.
Flexible working options are supported, including part-time and condensed hours.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure production demand is accurately loaded, maintained and aligned to project schedules in line with agreed lifecycle management (LCM).
2. Support bids and live projects by developing and maintaining realistic production plans and Gantt schedules.
3. Work closely with Project Controls to ensure resource and capacity plans are accurate and achievable.
4. Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering to ensure planning strategies reflect clean data, realistic lead times and delivery constraints.
