Teaching Assistant Blackpool

You will support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and help pupils reach their full potential in a safe and positive learning environment.
Your role will be key in providingadditional support to students who need guidance with learning, behaviour or classroom tasks.
Your Responsibilities
You will:
* Support students in lessons on a 1:1 or small group basis
* Assist teachers with classroom activities
* Help manage classroom behaviour
* Support pupils with additional learning needs
* Prepare learning materials when required
* Encourage student participation and engagement
* Promote a safe and inclusive learning environment
Skills, Experience & Abilities Required
You should:
* Be patient and supportive
* Communicate clearly with children and staff
* Work well as part of a team
* Be organised and reliable
* Be confident supporting learning activities
* Previous experience working with children
* Teaching Assistant qualification
* Experience supporting SEN students
* Enhanced DBS Working with children
