Following huge success over the past few years supporting an occupier client base, a new service line has been developed for landlords that will delivery CAT A+ /Fitted office space and undertake a range of comprehensive building refurbishments and redevelopments. This is an exciting proposition for an experienced Project Manager who is looking for an opportunity to grow a new service line with the support of an already established business and internal infrastructure. The role is integral to leading the growth of the investor service line with full team responsibility.
As part of the senior leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the service line proposition, growing new and strengthening existing relationships and establishing the business as a “go to” consultancy in the market for investor led asset transformation. You will be able to seamlessly transition between a strategic and hands-on approach mind set.
To be considered for this role you will have the following skills:
* 10 years + of experience in Project Management, ideally across both occupier and landlord with a commercial sector bias.
* A track record of leading and shaping a new service line utilising your customer facing skills and business development experience.
* Be a proactive leader with clear communication skills.
* Demonstrable Skills to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans whilst motivating your team to deliver to a high standard.
* Commercially minded with the ability to prioritise multiple complex tasks.
* Desire and experience of mentoring and developing junior team members.
* Use your network with landlords, asset managers and developers effectively.
