About the Role

Delivery contract management are looking for a monitoring officer to join our team. We are a small team of five, responsible for procuring and managing several contracts for our corporate estate and schools. We are looking for someone who can take on the monitoring of these various contracts and assist our contract lead officers when required. We need you to be out and about, daily and you must have your own car available. You’ll be monitoring the school meals service, cleaning standards and checking grounds maintenance. There will be a mileage allowance.

About You

You will need to have excellent attention to detail, be well organised and self-motivated to ensure our contract service levels are maintained. We need you to have great communication skills to achieve the best outcomes when visiting sites and monitoring standards. Great ICT skills are essential as we use a wide variety of packages including Microsoft 365 and our own database for monitoring.

Someone friendly, able to challenge and resolve issues and maintain a good relationship with our clients and contractors. You must be focused and able to work alone. Whilst there will be specific training available for the role, we expect you to have some experience in either grounds, cleaning or catering and ideally contract monitoring.

About Us

You will be based from home but will be required to attend sites daily and meetings when necessary.

The job is full time, and working hours are between 9.30am and 3.30pm. There is some flexibility, but you will be required to monitor a kitchen each day over the lunchtime period.
