Facilities Manager -
Starting as soon as possible
Grade: BG-G Range
Hours: 37 hours per week / 52 weeks of the year
Salary Range: £36,363 - £40,777 per annum including Fridge Allowance
Accommodation: Optional on-site accommodation available

We are seeking an enthusiastic and diligent Facilities Manager to lead our Facilities Team, responsible for the effective management, maintenance, and development of the school site and buildings, ensuring safety and suitability for purpose. The role includes contributing to the safety, security, and daily operations of the school premises.
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess
* Proven experience in facilities management, preferably within an educational setting or similar
* Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation
* A broad range of practical and technical skills
* Excellent organization and prioritization abilities
* Flexibility, resourcefulness, and strong problem-solving skills
* Leadership skills with the ability to manage a team
* Willingness to undertake relevant training
* Approachable professionalism with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, students, contractors, and stakeholders
