Overview
Theatre Scrub Nurse / Orthopedic Scrub SFA (RGN / ODP) – Shrewsbury Theatre | Bank | Includes weekend work. Hourly rate dependent on experience. Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.
Responsibilities

* Supervise, support and develop junior members of staff
* Create high-quality care and patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence based
* Interact well with colleagues on the ward, understanding that continuity in patient care is key
Qualifications
* Be registered with the appropriate governing body (NMC or HCPC)
* Post-registration experience, flexibility and excellent communication skills
* Great team worker
