Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and inclusive Geography lessons across KS3 and KS4. Inspire students to think critically about the world and their environment. Plan, assess, and adapt lessons to meet a range of learning needs. Contribute to curriculum development and field trip planning. Create a classroom environment that promotes respect, discussion, and discovery. Collaborate with colleagues and participate in whole-school activities. Support student progress through clear feedback and supportive guidance. Qualifications and Experience: QTS and a degree in Geography or a related subject (essential). Open to Early Career Teachers and experienced teachers. Strong communication and classroom management skills. Passion for geography and a commitment to making it accessible to all learners.
