The People Coordinator will be a pivotal member of the People team, managing day-to-day people processes and systems. This role is the primary point of contact for all People support within the team. You will work closely with various teams to support initiatives that enhance employee engagement and promote a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: Onboarding: Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to design and manage a seamless onboarding process. Prepare offer and onboarding paperwork, and coordinate induction sessions to help new employees embrace the companys culture and values. People Systems: Maintain high levels of data quality in People systems and optimise their features. People Processes: Oversee day-to-day People services across the employee lifecycle, including family leave, onboarding, offboarding, performance, and feedback. Refine and automate processes to enhance efficiency and administer company benefit schemes. Employee Engagement: Be the first point of contact for employees seeking information about People services. Organise social events and wellness initiatives, run periodic surveys, and analyse results to gauge employee satisfaction. People Team Projects: Lead ad hoc People projects and support employee relations activities. What Youll Need to Succeed: Previous experience in a HR or People Operations role with a comprehensive understanding of the full employee lifecycle. Organised and proactive mindset, capable of juggling multiple priorities. Problem-solving approach with a proactive attitude towards resolving challenges. Genuine passion for employee experience and creating an engaging workplace culture. Hands-on experience with a HRIS, with proven ability to automate processes and optimise workflows. Experience in planning employee engagement initiatives. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for people and a commitment to creating a great experience for everyone. As the ideal candidate you will be CIPD Level 5 qualified as a minimum and have previous experience of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you have to provide innovative HR solutions.
