Key responsibilities include:
* Ensuring holiday homes are clean, safe, and in excellent condition for guests
* Supporting the recruitment and training of cleaning staff
* Managing team performance to meet cleanliness standards, efficiency, and budget targets
* Providing your team with the necessary tools and supplies
* Using guest feedback to improve service quality
* Monitoring standards and addressing any issues promptly
* Creating positive guest experiences and resolving queries promptly
* Maintaining accurate data and using systems effectively
* Ensuring safe handling of chemicals and cleaning materials according to COSHH guidelines
